SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of an accident that left one man dead.
The crash happened around 1:45 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 40, west of State Route 54 in Harmony Township.
Troopers stated 20-year-old Dylan Numbers of Springfield was traveling east on U.S. 40 when he lost control, slid off the right side of the roadway, and slammed into a traffic sign.
