SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - The flu vaccine is becoming a hot commodity in the Miami Valley.
With cases on the rise across the area, people are seeking out where to get a shot.
The Clark County Combined Health District reported Friday that it is temporarily out of the adult flu vaccine. A limited number of pediatric doses are available. Hundreds of additional doses should arrive in Clark County by Wednesday, January 16.
The shot is available on a walk-in basis from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm. You can call 390-5600 to be sure the supply is available. The Combined Health District is located at 529 E. Home Road in Springfield.
Clark County reports 19 confirmed cases cases of influenza since October 31, 2012.
