Acquitted brothers' father now accused

CLARK COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - The father of two brothers acquitted of murder is now in trouble himself.
Anthony Hottenstein, Sr. is charged with perjury and tampering with evidence.
Court documents say he admitted on the stand that he lied to a grand jury previous to his sons' trial.
His sons, Jordan and Anthony, were found not guilty Wednesday of murdering a man during an altercation in July 2011.
The court papers say Hottenstein, Sr. admitted to jurors that he was there the night Jamez Hall died.
He also said he could have destroyed evidence involving bloody clothing.
Hottenstein, Sr. posted his $5,000 bail and is out of jail.
