URBANA, Ohio (WDTN) - A Champaign County judge has sentenced a man who murdered and dismembered his girlfriend.

Matthew Puccio was sentenced Monday to 42 years to life.  He is not eligible for parole for 42 years.

Puccio and four others were there the night Jessica Sacco died in March.  Her body parts were found along the Ohio River shortly after the crime.

Three others were also sentenced Monday for their roles in the murder. Christopher Wright will serve 4 years in prison, Andrew Forney will serve 10 years and Sharon Cook got 3 years in prison.

A fourth person, Kandis Forney, will be sentenced Tuesday morning.

The victim's mother says she is satisfied with the sentences.  She had her daughter's ashes with her at the courthouse.
