MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WDTN) - Middletown police are investigating a fatal crash from early Friday morning.
Police found a car slammed into a tree in the 3000 block of Tytus Avenue at 2:40 am.
A witness told police he saw the car speeding a short time before the crash.
A man in his 30's was pulled from the car by a passerby as a small fire broke out. The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police have not released the victim's name, but did tell 2 NEWS he was driving with a suspended license.
