BELLBROOK, Ohio (WDTN) - Local basketball players take to the court fighting not for a win, but against breast cancer.

The Bellbrook basketball team was "Shooting for a Cure" Friday evening in honor of Gayle Joyner. She lost her battle to breast cancer in 2003.

All proceeds from the game are going to the Susan G. Komen foundation.

If you didn't make it out to the event but would still like to donate, click web links on wdtn.com, and look for the link to the Susan G. Komen website.
