FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) - Twenty-two-year-old Luke Gibson has been missing since November 5, 2009. He was married last month, and vanished two weeks later, without a trace.

His parents filed a missing persons report at the Fairborn Police Department and have been passing out flyers in hopes the newlywed will come home safe.

Sue Gibson said not knowing where her son is has been a living nightmare.

"There has been no sign of him," she said. "We are looking everywhere.  We can't find him. We just want him to come home, my heart is breaking, its just been awful."

Luke was last seen leaving on his lunch break from his job at the Breckenridge Apartments on Orville Street in Fairborn.

There hasn't been any cell phone or credit card activity. It has his family fearing the worst, but hoping for the best.

"I just want him to come home alive and safe. That is my hope right now, that is my dream right now. I just want him home."

Luke was last seen driving his car, a newer model grayish blue Chevy Cobalt with license plate EHC9335.

If you know anything, call Fairborn police at 937-754-3000.
