It's official, school levy ends in tie

SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) - Election results out of Sidney have the city's school levy ending in a tie.

The official count is 4,451 votes for each side.

Initially the levy was defeated by 43 votes, but provisional ballots and Logan County votes had not been counted.

Once the votes are certified November 24, officials will do a recount.
