VANDALIA (WDTN) - A former Vandalia Municipal judge is arrested.

Mark Zugelder was arrested Friday at his office on Kenbrook Drive in Vandalia.

Witnesses say he was intoxicated and making inappropriate remarks.

When police arrived, Zugelder got belligerent-- police arrested him on disorderly conduct charges

Zugelder served as the judge briefly in November of 2005 when Judge Bannister retired, and before Cynthia Heck was elected.

Jail records say Zugelder will be in court Monday morning.
