DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - State Representative Clayton Luckie from Dayton will announce new legislation aimed at keeping career colleges honest.

2 NEWS broke this story back in April when a Miami Jacobs nursing student Turned To 2.

Then other students went to Luckie, claiming the nursing program was not accredited, as the school said it was.

Tuesday Luckie said he will share new legislation on the matter, as well as discuss pending violations by the nursing program.

A school administrator denied student allegations.
