MIAMISBURG, Ohio (WDTN) - A lot of people use their phones to record videos and one mother who reached out to us hopes her videos will make people stop and think.
Emma Whiller of Miamisburg recorded video of drivers ignoring stop signs at the school her children attend. We took her concerns to authorities.
