WARREN Co., Ohio (WDTN) - An update on a dispute 2 NEWS On Assignment first told you about last month that centers on a driveway.

A hearing is now scheduled for December 21 in Warren County to take up the contempt issue facing the Gray family.

The Grays own property off Pennyroyal Road that spans two counties.  A judge ruled they cannot use their driveway which lies in a residential zone to access their Montgomery County land where they built a storage facility.

Clearcreek Township contends the Grays have not lived up to a legal agreement that has to do with supplying the township contact information for the storage renters and building a fence on their property at the county line.

2 NEWS On Assignment showed you the fence the Grays erected and told you then that it might not meet the judge's requirements.

If found in contempt, the Grays face tens of thousands of dollars in fines.
