Parents guilty in baby son's death

RICHMOND, In (WDTN) - A mixed verdict for a Richmond couple accused of killing their 4-month old son.
Amy Hockett and Joseph Pierson were tried together in Wayne County court.
Hockett was found guilty of murder and neglect. Pierson was found not guilty of murder. He was found guilty, but mentally ill for reckless homicide and neglect.
The couple's son, Khaiden Hockett, died from dehydration due to starvation in February 2012.
Both will be sentenced March 7, 2013.
