NEW ALBANY, Ind. (AP) — A county coroner in Indiana says details about the deaths of a woman and two children who were found in a shallow creek will be released Friday.
Floyd County Coroner Leslie Knable (Keh-nay-bull) performed the autopsies on Thursday.
New Albany Police Maj. Keith Whitlow has said there are no obvious signs of foul play but the deaths are being treated as homicides. He told the News and Tribune of Jeffersonville that one child was about 2 years old and the other was an adolescent.
He did not immediately respond to messages from The Associated Press.
The victims' names haven't been released.
New Albany is less than a mile north of Louisville, Ky.
