TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — State police say a two-month long investigation into child pornography has led to the arrest of a Vigo (VEE'-goh) County Sheriff's deputy was arrested Friday on allegations related to child pornography.
State police Sgt. Joe Watts told the Tribune-Star (http://bit.ly/15SApLl ) that the deputy, who he declined to identify, was arrested Friday. Watts said the U.S. attorney has taken over the case and a news conference is expected to be held Monday.
He says the deputy remains incarcerated.
