DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A 21-year-old Dayton man is dead after a shoot-out in the parking lot of a liquor store in the 2200 block of Germantown Street. It happened just before 8 p.m. Monday.
Police said surveillance video from Gina's Party Store II shows the victim follow the suspect into the store, then back into the parking lot, apparently arguing along the way.
Once in the parking lot, investigators said the pair started shooting at each other, and the victim took a bullet to the chest. He was pronounced dead at Miami Valley Hospital.
Dayton police said the suspect drove off in a tan colored Ford Crowne Victoria with at least one, possibly two female passengers.
