KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - The Kettering Health Network announced a chance for women to care for and pamper themselves by attending one of the Network's Women's Health Boutiques.
The first Women's Health Boutique will be held at Kettering Medical Center on Monday, August 6 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Nelson Conference Center.
The event, which is free of charge, features the following screenings: mammography (by appointment), blood pressure, body composition, derma scan, cholesterol (by appointment), and osteoporosis. Women also will be able to get a massage, and participate in yoga and zentangle (brain relaxation). Speakers will discuss pelvic control, organizing tips and healthy eating habits.
Women's Health Boutiques also will be held:
August 7 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Charles H. Huber Health Center, 8701 Old Troy Pike, Huber Heights
August 28 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Medical Center, 7756 Washington Village Drive, Centerville
