FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) - Wright Patterson Air Force Base has opened its newest facility.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Friday for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.

Aircraft, engines, weaponry and electronic systems are all housed and maintained in the facility.

"This facility has world class modifications that will help us, that will allow us to find the most cost effective to find our war fighters feeds," said Lt. Gen. C.D. Moore, Commander AFLCMC.

The center is one of only five in the country.
