DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office announced plans to proceed with a grad jury investigation regarding the March 1 shooting death of Dante Price.
Price family attorney, James Greene, told 2 NEWS he is cautiously optimistic about the news.
"It is good news, but we would like to see arrests," he said.
Price was killed by two Ranger Security Guards while visiting his girlfriend and infant son at Summit Square Townhouses.
The security guards said Price was trespassing and tried to run them over with his car.
