Former band leader faces sex charges

Hardy will be arraigned September 16

Brookville, Ohio (WDTN) - A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted a former Brookville assistant band director for a sex crime.

Prosecutors said Adam Hardy had illegal contact with a 16-year-old student.

Investigators said Hardy had the relationship with the student at his Riverside home.

Hardy will be arraigned September 16th.
