DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Lawmakers cleared the way to bring a combination racetrack casino to Dayton.

Both the Ohio House and Senate have given Penn National Gaming permission to relocate two of its Ohio racetracks.

One is expected to be built at the former Delphi plant at Wagner Ford and Needmore Roads.

It's expected to create hundreds of jobs.

The race track is also expected to have video lottery terminals, something Penn National said was essential to their relocation plan.
