KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - Police in Kettering are looking for the suspect that tried to rob a convenience store Tuesday morning.
The suspect walked into the Circle K, at 1105 West Dorothy Lane, just before 5:00 and attempted to steal a pack of cigarettes, police said. The clerk tried to stop him and the suspect dropped the cigarettes, but did get away with the bathroom key.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early to mid 20s, wearing a blue plaid shirt, blue jeans, and black and white gym shoes. He has shaggy, sandy blonde hair, thin build and five feet, nine inches tall.
He was last seen running west on West Dorothy Lane.
