SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A Clark County nurse is accused of withholding medicine from patients.
Carla Howard-Daniels pleaded not guilty to the charges Tuesday in Clark County Municipal Court.
Investigators believe Howard-Daniels did not give medications to seven developmentally disabled patients during July of this year.
She is employed at the Creative Learning Workshop.
Howard-Daniels is a licensed practical nurse for the State of Ohio.
She's charged with seven counts of patient endangerment and seven of patient abuse and neglect.
The nurse is out of jail on bond.
