Court releases man charged with porn

TIPP CITY, Ohio (WDTN) - A grand jury will hear the case of a Tipp City man facing child pornography charges.
Miami County Court officials confirm Michael Canode, 45, waived his preliminary hearing Thursday.
He's charged with nine felony counts, six related to child pornography.
Canode was given a new bond and ordered released on his own recognizance.
