DEGRAFF, Ohio (WDTN) - A Riverside High School teacher faces indictment on 12 counts of felony sex charges involving two students at the school.

A Logan County grand jury returned the indictment against John Timothy "Tim" Shook, the band director at the school, Tuesday on charges of rape, sexual battery, attempted sexual battery and gross sexual imposition.

Shook, 34,  was arrested Tuesday morning and booked into the Logan County Jail. He is expected to appear before a judge later this week.

The Logan County Sheriff’s office says there may be other victims associated with Shook and encourages them to come forward by calling (937) 592-5731.

Shook was first licensed to teach in Ohio in 2001. He taught music and music theory at the Junior and Senior high schools.
