DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton Police hunt for a robber who targeted a sacred place.

Police say the bandit broke into Triumphant Churches on North Keowee Street on Sunday night.

The robber took televisions, equipment and money for the church's building fund.

Church officials tell 2News they'll overcome it, but have a message for the robber.

Executive Pastor, Keiva Jackson said, "Bring the stuff back. We not even trippin. Bring the stuff back Do what God loves."

Officials say the church surveillance was turned off at the time of the burglary, but they believe the robber got in with a key.

If you know anything that could help police, call Crime Stoppers at 222- 7867.
