DAYTON, OH (WDTN-WBDT) - Steve Tatone has been a TV pitchman for his auto dealership in Fairborn and the co-founder of 'Holiday Aid' an organization that raises money for the hungry and a concert promoter.
But his real love was something he found later in life, writing, producing and directing films.
Steve's first forray into filmaking is 'Beautiful Noise.' The movie won rave reviews in Steve's new hometown Sarasota, Florida.
Now 'Beautiful Noise' makes it's local debut at the Film Dayton Festival Saturday, May 21, 3pm at the Neon Movies in downtown Dayton.
Steve will also answer questions about the film afterwards.
More on Steve:
In addition to writing, producing and directing television prime-time specials, commercials and documentaries, Steve Tatone previously spent over 30 years as an independent concert promoter presenting such diverse artists as Beatle Ringo Starr, the Beach Boys, B.B. King, Ray Charles, Willie Nelson, the Monkees and Lynyrd Skynyrd, among many others.
Following the production of BEAUTIFUL NOISE, Steve has three feature-length dramas in development that will be shot entirely on location in Sarasota in 2011-2013.
