Dayton, Ohio (WDTN) - Canadian-born jouster and trainer Shane Adams took his childhood love of knights into a career in theatrical jousting.
By the 1990s, he began competing in tournaments and dedicated himself to reviving jousting as a full-contact sport.
One of the biggest names in the sport, he holds 17 international titles and is a former president of the World Championship Jousting Association.
This past February Shane's Full Metal Jousting TV show premiered on History and has become a certified hit.
Soon to be broadcast around the world
You can catch Shane on TV or in person every weekend at the Ohio Renaissance Festival.
