Dayton, Ohio (WDTN) - The 9th annual Oregon District Barstool Open mini-golf tournament tees off this Saturday October 13, at 11:30am and is Downtown Dayton's only walking nine-bar, nine-hole indoor golf outing benefiting United Rehabilitation Services of Greater Dayton.
This year’s participating bars are Blind Bob’s, Dublin Pub, Ned Peppers, Newcom’s, Oregon Express, Pulse Nite Club, Trolley Stop, Tumbleweed and Wiley’s Comedy Club.
Each bar creates a unique-themed miniature golf hole giving teams a total of 9 holes of fun. Prizes are awarded for the most creative costumes and best team score in addition to raffles at each bar. The cost is $40 per person ($160 per team) if signed up by October 12 th, $45 ($180 per team) per person for day of event walk-ins.
The proceeds from the Barstool Open© benefit vital daycare programs, therapies, vocational training, respite care and much more for local children and adults with disabilities.
