The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church invites everyone to be Greek for the Week(end) at their 54th annual Greek Festival September 7-9.
Greek tradition for both the young and old, the Greek festival brings together people of all backgrounds to celebrate all things Greek: the Church, the food, and, of course, the dancing! OPA!
On Friday from 11 am to 5 pm admission is FREE (come for lunch).
The rest of the weekend it's just $2 for adults, which includes a free raffle ticket. $500 cash price on both Friday and Saturday and $5000 on Sunday. Admission for children 12 and under is free.
If a visitor is wearing a Downtown Dayton Music Revival wristband, admission to the Greek Festival is FREE.
Parking is available on the streets surrounding the church, including the parking lot of the Dayton Art Institute and theres also a FREE shuttle service that runs throughout festival hours.
So expect music, dancing, food and the church will be open for tours. A true sight to behold.
