DAYTON, OHIO (WDTN) - Hello World: Rarely Seen Art From Our Collection is on now through January 3,  at the Dayton Art Institute. It features an impressive collection of paintings, drawings, sculptures, decorative arts, photography and more.

Included are works by such well-known artists as Ansel Adams, John James Audubon, Paul Cezanne, Jackson Pollock and Willis "Bing" Davis.

In tribute to the museums 90th anniversary, the exhibit also includes a sound-and-video installation that incorporates reflections from Miami Valley residents. It was produced by artists Tess Cortes of Wright State University and Mary Anne Kirk of ThinkTV.

Chief curator Will Souths' been busy combing the vaults, pouring over thousands of works to find just the right mix. Boy, has he hit a home run.

Make sure you get over here soon because the items on display will soon be back in the vaults. For more information, log on to www.DaytonArtInstitute.org
