Dayton, Ohio (WDTN) - Fasten your seatbelts for the first ever Runway Fest, landing this Friday, August 3rd, from 6 to 10pm at The Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport.
Festival highlights include live performances by bluegrass/country trio Third Degree and local classic rockers The Dinosaurs; plus flyovers by the Wright B Flyer, door prizes, special exhibits, and aircraft displays.
Also on hand is a B-17 Bomber.
The young – and the young at heart – can visit the bounce house, have their faces painted or simply laugh at the antics of strolling clowns and balloon artists.
The festivities end with a bang when a Rozzi Fireworks display lights up the night sky.
Louisiana Grill, Ice Cream Trolley, Sweet Maize Kettle Corn and June Bug’s Cupcakes will be on hand to
ensure that Runway Fest visitors don’t go hungry.
Visitors can bring lawn chairs or blankets.
The Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport is located east of I-75 at the Austin Blvd. exit 41.
