KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - The 900 block of Lincoln Park in Kettering was shut down for more than an hour Saturday afternoon after an off-duty police officer found two explosives in a garage during an estate sale.
Kettering Police described one of the devices as a World War II grenade, and the other was a device with a visible fuse.
Kettering officers called the Dayton Bomb Squad to the scene, who escorted the devices to an area near West Stroop Road and Tait Road where they were detonated as a precaution.
The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
