Baby Vanessa's case heads to mediation

(WDTN) - New information about the 2-year old stuck in a legal tug of war from Ohio to California.

Vanessa was born here in Dayton but was adopted by Stacey Doss in Orange County.

Now Vanessa's birth father is fighting to get her back saying he never consented to give her away. A hearing had been scheduled for next week but now both parties have agreed to private mediation. We'll keep you updated.
