DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - New information about an embattled Dayton minister accused of stealing taxpayer money.

A FBI affidavit just released says Reverend Raleigh Trammell embezzled money from federally funded programs.

He's accused of using the cash to make car payments, mortgage payments and pay for his grandchildren's college tuition. He's also alleged to have paid utility bills with the money.

The affidavit was included in Trammell's legal motion to suppress evidence collected in the raids.

The motion suggested the informant may have had a personal reason to discredit Trammell because of a pending sexual harassment complaint against him.
