JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - A man suffers serious burns in a house explosion in Jefferson Township.
Sheriff's officials say crews were dispatched to Calumet Lane around nine o'clock Friday night.
The victim was found on fire in front the home. Crews quickly came to his aid and doused the flames.
The victim was taken to Miami Valley Hospital.
Firefighters say he suffered second and third degree burns to about 75% of his body.
Crews say the force of the blast blew the front portion of the house into the yard.
The investigation is still underway into the cause of the explosion.
