Richmond man found beaten, dead

RICHMOND, Ind. (WDTN) - An 82-year-old Richmond man was found lying outside of his car has now died.
Jorge Fonseca was found Friday in the 1300 block of S. Fifth Street.
At first police thought Fonseca had been hit by a car, but now believe he'd been beaten and robbed.
Police arrived after someone driving by spotted him and called 911 just after 2 a.m.
He was taken by LifeLine to Miami Valley Hospital. He died Saturday morning.
An autopsy was preformed by the Montgomery County Coroner's office. Final results have not been released. This case is being considered a homicide.
