MIAMISBURG, Ohio (WDTN) - A Miamisburg judge set bond at a million dollars for Cody Henderson, 19. Henderson made his first court appearance Oct. 22 after Montgomery County prosecutors filed charges of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, felonious assault and tampering with evidence against him.

Henderson is accused of stabbing his stepfather, Charles Zan II, 45, to death on Oct. 17. Miamisburg police found Zan in the studio apartment he shared with his wife at 7123 N. Springboro Pike. The Montgomery County Coroner's office said Zan was stabbed more than 40 times.
