Deputies search for hit-and-run suspect

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Montgomery Co. (WDTN) - Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies are searching for the driver who fled the scene of a crash between a motorcycle and a pickup truck Monday morning.

They are looking for a gray 2008 Chevy Colorado, license plate 5472.

Witnesses said the truck, which has front end damage, was being driven by a white male wearing a baseball cap.

The crash happened at the intersection of Webster Street and Ottello Avenue at about 11:15.

They said the driver of the pickup dragged the motorcycle for two blocks to the 4900 block of Woodland Hills Boulevard.

The pickup was last south traveling south on Woodland Hills.

The driver of the motorcycle was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.

According to deputies, the pickup truck involved was reported stolen out of Preble County.
