WASHINGTON TOWHNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - Deputies said weather is to blame for the accident that killed a Moraine woman on an I-675 overpass.
Teri Carl, 29, was killed Monday when her car hit another head-on on McEwen Road shortly after 6 p.m.
The driver of the other car, 59-year-old Marilyn Anderson, of Washington Twp., was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Deputies say the wet roads and cold temperatures led to dangerous road conditions in the area.
