Trotwood man arrested with 400 pills

KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - A Trotwood man remains behind bars after police said he was caught trying to pass fake prescriptions.

Police said Jesse Weaver Jr., 41, tried to get prescriptions filled at Kettering Memorial Hospital.

When arrested, police found 400 pills including Oxycontin and Percocet on him.

Weaver now faces charges of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, possession of drugs, and illegal processing of drug documents.
