DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - U.S. Marshals are tracking a fugitive wanted in two local counties and two states.

There are at least five warrants out for the arrest of 31-year-old Jarron Tabor.

He's accused of shooting another man three times with an assault rifle in November, 2009.

Tabor is wanted for attempted murder and receiving stolen property out of Clark County.

In Montgomery County, he's wanted for carrying a concealed weapon, and the state of Virginia is looking for him, too.

If you have information that can help, the number to call for the U.S. Marshals is 225-2917.
