One man charged in double murder

Two other men questioned have not been charged

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Murder charges have been filed against one of the three suspects accused of killing two men.

Gregory Leet is accused of being the trigger rman behind the deaths of 55-year-old Harvey Sims and 49-year-old Nathan Gay.

Detectives said the victims were found Feb. 26 with multiple gun shot wounds in a creek in Jefferson Township.

Leet has been charged with four counts of murder, four counts of felonious assault, one count of tampering with evidence, and aggravated robbery.

Two other men who were questioned, Kenneth Bailey and Tylor Blevins, have not been charged.
