DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - From a bird battle in court to a choir competition in Ohio, 2 News Today has 5 things you need to know for Thursday, July 5, 2012.

1. Owner of bird rescue Wings over the Rainbow, Deborah Shell, has until today to post $35,000 bond according to a judge following the seizure of 120 birds which are now in the care of the Dayton Humane Society.

2. The U.S. Navy Blues Angels arrive Thursday at 9 a.m. for the Vectren Dayton Air Show coming up this weekend.

3. Project Supercar: X-1 will make a special appearance at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force Thursday.

4.  The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati will give $250,000 to Dayton Firefighters Federal Credit Union and Dayton Habitat for Humanity to help build 10 homes in the Dayton area.

5. The World Choir Games brings 15,000 participants from 64 countries to Cincinnati July 5-14.
