DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - From sex trafficking to a holiday at home, 2 News Today has 5 things you need to know for Wednesday, August 8, 2012.
1. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine will release a new report regarding human trafficking in the state.
2. University of Dayton officials are in Suzhoe, preparing for the grand opening of the "University of Dayton China Institute."
3. Dayton Public Schools hosts several open houses and orientations Wednesday: Belmnont High School, 7-8th at 5:30 p.m.; Ponitz Career Technology Center, freshmen at 5:30 p.m.; Thurgood Marshall High School, freshmen at 6:30 p.m.
4. Marion's pizza will celebrate its 47th anniversary Wednesday with a 47% discount at all locations.
5. Kettering will host its Holiday at Home kick off party Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Polen Farms.
