DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Heavy smoke and flames rolled over rush hour traffic on Interstate 75 when a vacant building caught fire near downtown Dayton.
Firefighters were called to the former Howard Paper Company building at Edwin C. Moses Blvd. and Washington St. at around 4:40 p.m.
Traffic had to be shut down in the area and police are asking people to avoid the area until the fire is brought under control.
