Sauerkraut in the Kitchen

The folks from the Sauerkraut Festival whip up a delicious Reuben dip with rye bread in the Lifestyle kitchen. Recipe included.

1 - 16 oz Sauerkraut drained & chopped

1 - 8 oz cream cheese softened

2 - cups shredded deli corned beef

2 - cups shredded Swiss cheese

1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

Combine above ingredients in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake in oven at 300 degrees approximately 30 minutes until cheese melts, stir. Serve warm with Rye Bread Sticks or Rye crackers.
