"Best Friends" Cooking

In honor of "Best Friends" Week, Sallie Taylor's best friend joins her in the kitchen to cook dip and make martinis!
1/4 cup of cake vodka or whipped vodka
1/4 cup of pinapple juice
1/4 cup coconut mike creamer
1 teaspoon of french vanilla pudding mix
put all ingredients into a martini shaker with ice and shake well. pour into glass. top with whipped cream and toasted cocconut
Mexican Dip -
16oz black beans
8oz can corn
1/4 c green onion
1 tub fresh salsa (Chuck & Dave's Sweet Onion)
2 tbsp cumin
3 cloves garlic
1 c Finely Shredded Cheddar
