• All clinics will be held in the old Steve and Barrys store in the Miami Valley Centre Mall in Piqua.
• Clinics are for Miami County residents only.
• Clinics will only be for certain GROUPS of people. Find your GROUP below.
• Groups have changed in the last few weeks.
• Please be prepared to return to a later clinic if vaccine runs out during a clinic.
• Local pediatricians, OBGYNs, and some pharmacies will also offer the H1N1 vaccine soon.

H1N1 Vaccine Groups

NOTE: Groups have changed in recent weeks due to delivery delays.

Group A

• Pregnant women
• People who live with or provide day care for kids under 6 months
• Health care and EMS workers WITH direct patient care
• Kids age 6 months to 4 years
• Kids age 5 years to 18 years WITH chronic medical condition

Group B

• Everyone from Group A
• All other health care and EMS workers
• People age 5 years to 24 years

Group C

• Everyone from Groups A and B
• People age 25 to 64 WITH chronic medical condition

Group D

• Everyone from Groups A, B, and C
• People age 25 and up (everyone else)
