DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will campaign across Ohio by bus this weekend, with a stop in the Dayton area.
The Wisconsin congressman is scheduled to stop for ice cream at Young's Jersey Dairy in Yellow Springs at 4 p.m. Doors open for the event at 2:00.
Before arriving in the Miami Valley, Ryan will have stopped in New Philadelphia, Zanesville, and Circleville. After leaving Young's, Ryan will take the campaign to southern Ohio for an evening rally in Sabina.
With Ohio considered by both sides as a must-win prize, both campaigns are pouring time and money into the state. Ohioans should expect to see all four candidates back in the state before the polls open Nov. 6.
With just 10 days before the election, the latest American Research Group poll shows Obama with a two point lead over Romney, 49-47 percent.
2 NEWS will be in Yellow Springs for Ryan's visit on Saturday and will have complete coverage on 2 NEWS at 6:00 and 11 p.m.
